چکیده
Exudates are substances that ooze out of the pores diseased and/or damaged tissue in plant well-used flourishing international and local uses Burkina Faso. Previously, ethnopharmacological investigations Center region showed there lot medicinal like as old wounds, skin disorders diseases treatment. The current study aims to highlight antitumoral potential nine resins form central region. One hundred grams each resin were placed at -80°C before extraction. grinded, powder was stirred twice with 1L 500 mL CHCl3 respectively for 24h. antiproliferative effect determined by using MTT colorimetric assay chloroformic extracts from concentrations which inhibited 50% cell proliferation (IC50) determinated graphically. results IC50 A549 proliferative inhibition 5.78 (Lannea microcarpa) 32.48 µg/mL (Daniellia oliveri) U373 12.90 (L. macrocarpa) 41.12 (Boswellia dalzielli). Keratinocytes 1.57 20.4 Interestingly, extract L. macrocarpa a best source anticancer compounds following Bombax costatum resin. In contrast Commiphora africana (Burseraceae) less antiproliferation effect. exudates plants bioactive could explain anti-inflammatory, wound healing, ailments
